My experience in Sales goes all the way back to high school when I started selling pre-need insurance for a family friend. It didn't take long for me to realize that I love connecting with people-listening to what truly matters to them...whether it is a person, passion, pet, place, or whatever it may be is fascinating to me.
I've spent the last 13 years in the legal services industry thinking outside the box to solve problems my clients are experiencing. One of the biggest issues I have seen in this industry simply comes from a lack of caring. Whether it is the sales person overpromising or the service person underdelivering, there is a huge opportunity for a better experience. As the founder of ClientFirst Corporate Solutions, I have partnered with an organization that enables me to provide service based on the unique needs of each company; the best way for me to assess this is to listen and clearly understand the situation from my client's point of view. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and my goal is to become an extension of your team, helping to relieve the compliance burdens you've experienced in the past.
